I've just replaced the clutch and the throw is real odd like at pedal to the floor the clutch only just disengages and with no foot it feels like it barely engages it's got a new cable and the firewall looks real healthy I'm thinking loose clutch fork? The flywheel had to be machined a lot but that should only improve clutch grip. I'm no mechanic I'm just a DIYer I'm in need of help I'm stuck

Did you adjust the cable? Since the flywheel was machined you need to tighten the cable up to make up for the difference in flywheel thickness to keep the same clutch travel.
