is there any other differences between the tickford t5 and other ford t5 gearboxs....they have red paint on them and they have a plastic insert in the shifter is that all? i dont know about ratios i havent driven a manuel au falcon....any info is good info thanks

As above, none apart from that. Ratios changed in first, second and fifth from EB11 onwards in all other boxes. Hopefully snap will be on here soon to post up the ratios, if not they have been put up in (relatively) recent threads.

thats good to know as i will need a new one to put behind my au soon, and would rather repair my tickford box if it was any different but since its the same i will rebuild the au ute one i have as my new gearbox. thanks :)
