hi

whats a high stall torque converter do over a std one on a ea-au 6 cyl auto

would installing new solinoids in a btr auto be like a low km auto and how would you rebuild it

and how do you add a dipstick to a au auto without getting shavings in the auto

how would you install new clutches and bands are you able to do them yourselfs are they hard

what autos will fit behind au engines in eds and whats the best kms to look for when doing up a ed

and how hard is it rebuilding autos with the ebay diy kits

as far as im awhere of all e series and au auto will bolt up to the au motor
but as for fitting in a ed im not so sure
and as for looking for another second hand one the lower the k's the better but depends on what money you want to spend

personally id get a pro to fix your trans they are lets say complex if you have no idea what your doing
and with out the right tolls and lift. hard to work on

is 170000kms low enough for a 2ndhand auto and are you able to drill holes at the bottom of the bellhousing to fix the 2 bolt problem with bolting a e series auto to au engine

how do people add dipsticks to non dipstick autos

you just use an au bellhousing. no need to drill anything..

afaik you cant drill the au box to fit a dipstick as the casting is a different shape....
