If it turns out to be easy to install (and cheapish) would you put traction control in your e-series?

(I did a search before i asked this)

Is traction control from a AU (or other car) easy to install in an EL, i know that it will require another brake line to the rear axle. But since is is an abs based system (in AUs) not on fuel system (like holdens) it can't be to hard to install, can it???

Good luck !
The electronics side of it would not make this an easy or affordable mod.
I didnt think AU's had traction control did they?

But you would be needing to transplant all the releveant looms and modules from another car into yours.

Unless you are very patient, very smart and very well paid id be saying you are dreaming!

That's right, it will apply brake to the spinning wheel but if you're going too hard it will also cut fuel. The AUs have a wire on the ECU that links into the ABS/TC module for this purpose.
