Hi,i have a BA XR6 Turbo,
It doesnt matter if i have the traction control on or off
it still seems to break down when i floor it
could this be an intercooler/turbo hoses issue or
something else? The only way i know the TC is on is because it lights up on the dash,
other than that you would think it wasnt working,i need some help please.

Its like the traction control is on and instead of spinning
it just breaks down, but it is doing this with it off as well!
So instead of spinning it doesnt the traction control kicks in?And
when the boost kicks in,it breaks down instead,of spinning or launching.

Pull the coilpacks out and check them very closly, they get hairline cracks and will cause the vehicle to splutter/misfire or break down. Or if the spark plug seals have failed there will be oil in the plug holes, this can also cause these same symptoms.

And also while your there, check the joiner from the crossover pipe to the throttle body. They tend to split and you'll get a boost leak and lose lots of power. Best to just get a little straight 3.25" silicone joiner and replace it while its off, save having to do it when it splits.
