[quote="dodgie"]Ahh the suspension is killing me...
I might take a brake from this thread, and steer away from my pc for a while...
Till this package becomes available, and then the missus drives me into the ground.
Any pics I can crank over yet?[/quote

Nick should press these guys to the firewall to get an accelerated timeframe on these. All this idling is killing me

I'm also VERY interested in these as I need new front discs/pads/the lot pretty soon so it's the perfect time to do something like this ;)

i will be calling our vendor again late this week or early next to get a ETA.
he is a top engineer and has machined up a lot of Holden conversion parts. He has done a conversion for the x series and is now onto the E series. i might even go and visit him sat. morning if i get time.
i am as keen to get these going as you all are.

hi nick. I will also buy a set of these. I killed a set of standard front rotors (i had a crack the size od my fingernail) and my dba slotteds now have heat cracking as well. when you get these kits can you confirm the clearence between the rim and the spindle, there is pretty much zero gap with elgt's on the front of my eb (one side is particuarlly bad). I am not in the business of wasting peoples time i have money ready now.

ps the xr front looks shmick on the eb. small amount of rewiring required to make the lights operate correctly but when you are friends with an auto sparky it only cost a few dollars for another relay.

Hi guys,

I have a question.

Can I fit the twin spot calipers to the standard brake set-up?

Cheers

No - You cant, the kits will enable you to fit twin pot callipers and bigger discs as the spindle needs to be modified

Hanging out for this ... will drop in and see Joe at Crescent about it ... just need to get me some 17"s ... yes I know I have an AU ... but they fit up as well.

And the pricing seems damn good for what you get as well.

This is just a myth isnt it... its never really gonna happen??!?!?!

all this waiting is making me think that paying the extra couple of hundred for a cebco kit is worth it for the fairy.
