Out of Dunlop Lemans, Toyo or Kumho what would you choose.

The Dunlop and Toyo are $189 each and the Khumo are $159 each.

It is for 235/45R17 tyres.

I was recommended the Dunlop but I'm a big fan of Fulda which the store doesn't sell.

Please ad your constructive thoughts.

Cheers

ive had dunlops before and got very good wear out of them.

atm i had to get cheapies coz i blew all my money on the wheels, some brand called "clear" or something, anyway, they are shocking. very easy to get the car sideways. though, considering that, they are wearing really well, still look as good as the day they went on.

Hence the reason for going sideways...

vik...you want grip, gunna cost you wear...

I've got some Hankook R-S2's which will go on the front soon, hoping these will be alright.

I'd just go with whatever will last the longest :)

brand new falken 235/45 17's on ebay for $117ea. maxxis for $109. limited stock available. add about $10 - $20 per tyre for fitting at a guess. still cheaper than rrp.

Nankang NSII for $119 each. Not too bad ... not too good.

My previous Sava Intensas were better though ... when i got them last they were around the $140 mark ... lasted me 70,000km doing courier work around Sydney (heavy loads all the time).

Sava Intensa's are probably the best of the cheapies, Maxxis has one of the softest compounds of any tyre and will wear quickly, but they have loads of grip.
