Hey looking for some new rubber my car is BF MKII GHIA
some of the tires i had considered are Bridgestone Turanza ER300 Hankook Ventus V8 RS Hankook XQ Optimo hankook and bridgestone were the 2 more common brands our tyre shop sells I have the turanza er300 on my car now have done about 30k on them and they were on the car when i bought it. like all buyers looking for quiet , long life, good grip. but long life and grip dont go together  . i had used hankook on my old car but it was that long ago cant compare the quality.Cheers |

lol. my tyres are jinu i think. haha. but then again any tyres i have seem to have a limited life span.
v8 + no traction controle = you work it out

Hankook V8 RS -1 EDIT: you look to be running 18" im running 225/50/R17 dunno if that makes any difference. |

I'm using Firestone TZ700 (235/45R17) prior to that I had TZ100s. had a good run out of the TZ100s so opted for the TZ700 which are the successor.
For this size they are $179

Khumo KU31's are another tyre to look at. I had a set on my XR8 for 7500k's. These were a good tyre, gripped well, good wet traction. The only reason they got replaced after 7500k's was 3 trips to Willowbank, totalling 27 runs. They don't like burnouts.....

our work ute has the same tyre size as mine, and happened to have hankook v8 tires on the rear and some cheap crap things on the front. but its hard to tell what they are like cos the ute has no weight in the rear
