I am up for a new set of tyres for my ute, I have had Dunlop SP 3000s and am looking for something else. Budgeting around 200-250 each.
Got to be good wet weather, handle well and looking for 40k out of them.
The car is stock bar a camber kit.
Any solid references out there?
Cheers
Bill.

I have just fitted Maxxis MA-V1 tyres and they are magnificent. Advance tyres in Richmond.

I'd be happy to recommend the Maxxis, have them on my 18s atm. Previously I had Goodyear Excellence or something similar on my old 17s, they were a mile in front of the Dunlops!

Just driven home from work, with the rain hammering down, and gave my XR6 heaps, but sadly the tyres failed to break loose. As to life of these tyres, only time will tell !
