Ok guys i got some stockies on my EF GLi (205/R15). I need only two new tyres and i have to get then within the next 4 weeks for my VORT. Now i can go get some from the wreckers or new ones. problem is money i thought i had access to i cant touch for a few months.

So where can i go to get only 2 tyres really cheap but they have to be like decent tread. I went to Lonsdale Auto Wreckers but they want $80 each. Any one got ideas in SA.

Cheers Guys :D

you should be able to go into any tyre shop and get new tyres for $75-$80 each, these are kelly ritmo hp, kenda radials, maxxis, pos-a-traction etc.

go into a tyre place that is next to a new car dealer and they should have plenty of near new re92's and goodyear's for about $50 ea.

well i get used 80>90% tread tyres for the rear of my car, and they set me back $35 each fitted, they are 225,16"s. so idd assume that for you the cost would be cheaper.

most big tyre shops sell used tyres, cheaply, because they have to pay to dispose of them.
