Valeo supplied the stock clutches for alot of the E-Series.
They are good.

Check the manufacturers name on the clutch disc before you whack it in

It'll probably say Valeo on it, they supplied clutches for Ford.

Only if the pressure plate is the same. You haven't said part number, but I'm assuming you mean PBR XR6 type clutch. They'll be pretty similar.

Cheers Cam just thought id let you all know... iv got the new clutch kit fitted... the reason i needed the clutch kit was that the throw out bearing had seized, and as a result of this it had also worn the input shaft to the gear box which ended up adding $200 to the cost... the old clutch was pretty heavy on the foot, shuttered when reverse, and also had to be adjusted so as soon as your foot was off the floor the clutch had already started to engage (standard original i believe) The Results from a standard replacement Exedy clutch kit p/n FMK-6913 also "Bearing Front Gear Box Ext." and flywheel machined, feels alot lighter now and more like any other normal car, Clutch doesn't start to engage until about 2cm from the floor, no more shutter when reversing, there is no harsh snap when releasing the pedal, there is now alot more vibration feel thought the gear knob and when cruising in 3rd (mainly) i find the car it is a bit nosier that before the new clutch...
