As far as I can recall, they are solid. For both the EA-ED and EF/EL.
Not sure what rotors you have there, but I don't think they are E series. Does anyone know if AU rear rotors are vented? BenJ

As far as i knew only the fronts were vented as they supply most of the braking, hence they always have the larger pads.

Autofast2 wrote: ea series one same as xf, unless you can swap them? ea series one has same pad as xf in the rear. I have a 4/88 EA, and they were solid rear rotors. The Vented rear rotors started back in the days of the XB, and stayed as vented till the XF.

ventillated are better, but you wouldnt really notice any braking improvement if you used them, the rears do SFA as it is.
to confirm x 2 au's are defiantly solid rears.

There are rear vented rotors available for series as an aftermarket part. I had them on for two weeks then ditched them. They are puss. Be weary of them they are actually weaker and tend to warp easier than a stock solid rotor. The rear brakes on the e series are huge anyway so it is a bit of a wank to change to ventilated rotors you feel more difference changing to a better pad and as far as helping with brake fad forget about that they don't help. IN THIS INSTANCE

im a bit worried about them i have put to of them on the front of my car and the wheels dont spin that freely at all even with the nut not to tight at all so im thinking they might be a bit to fat for my calipers
