Im getting this weird sounds coming from the auto box.
The auto box had a service 10k km ago so thats all fine and the motor is a low km motor. It happens when you gun it and 1/4 of the time when u drive normally. It sounds like a lifter but its not. We can hear its coming from the bellhousing area. We have a feeling it might get a converter bolt or similar rubbing on the inspection plate but we dont know. Tomorrow the car goes on the hoist to get the front disks machined and baring repacked, while that happens we will take the inspection plate off and check the f**k. Is there anything anyone knows about somethin like this? Ben

Fixed the issue.
One of the turque converter bolts was loose. We pulled them all out and lock tighted them and they arnt moving anywhere fast. As the the wheel bearings, they are virtually brand new. Only replaced them at the beginning of the year when i put new rotors on and i didnt really think of it at the time. But now the rear disks have been machined with new bendix GCT pads, and the front have have the bearings repacked, disks machined, new GCT pads and the brake slide rails greased up, and all i had to do for it was pay for pads and rip a head off an EA.
