Even though this is the most patently stupid thread I've ever seen, I'll play cause I'm at work and bored.
The 'Whiteline Lows' I have in my ED seem to bring it to about that height, but it won't bring the rear down that low.
Lovells Lows also seem to sit at a similar height from what I've seen, but I ain't seen that many.
The rear guard is always going to have more clearance, because that's the way the car is meant to be.
If you desperately want 'even guards' then put supers in the back, but I'll think you're a tool, and outhandle you at every corner. :D

It's hard to say by a photoshop though.
For instance the front is probably normal king low height in that chop.
But the rear is lower.
Look at it this way.
I know for a fact (I'm not trying to plug them again, okay...) that Whiteline 'Lows' sit a bit lower then most other brands.
The Lovells I've seen are a tad lower to, but I can't comment on them as much.
Here's a few pics of my ED, with 16" rims, with Whiteline 'Lows'.

Hope that helps..

Actually looking at that now, they've settled alot since then.

Yeah, good choice.
With mine at the height it is now, it just makes it over those concrete stops in carparks.
Any lower, and you'd have to stop short, or rip your bumper off.
You've gotta be careful pulling into angle parking that is sloped down, but I already was anyway.
You'll have to take your mudflaps off, it's real bad when they catch on stuff.
Scares the s**t out of you, and I always worried about them doing damage.
It's fine going up and down steep sloped gutters, I haven't been over any big speed bumps yet, but it should be sweet.

Yeah, there will be quite a few places i wont be able to go anymore, but thats ok. At my current height theres a few places the tow ball scrapes. As for the mudflaps, i cant ditch them :( I do too many kays, and the paint beneath it is already scratched, so ill probably chop these and have them sitting up a bit higher.

Yeah my front bar shows the signs of a super low kit, and the front mudflaps were scraping so I removed them.

But I haven't had troubles negotiating speedbumps or driveways (ie. driving).
