Hey, I've got an EL with a 5 litre in it, and I'm running King spring low V8 springs, KFFL-52 in the front, yet I find the front end is still too low, and the guards are almost rubbing on the tyers. I don't want standard height, I just want it to sit roughly at XR height, but I'm wondering if there's another spring that I can use?

Thw King Springs Catalouge lists the KFFL-52 as the correct number for Lows, which should be similar height to the XR spring.

KFFL-52SL are Superlow and KFFL-52SSL are Ultra Low.

How old are the springs (they could have sagged)?

Are you sure that they are KFFL-52 and not KFFL-52SL?

Good replacement would be Lovells springs in the XR height FFL-47, supelow being FFL-46.

Ahh ok, yeah I'm starting to think they may have sagged, they'd be a good 6+ years old (I've had them for 6 years, and they were 2nd hand when I got them) I might look in to the Lovells springs.
