bendix will be fine nothing high performance if it is only highway driving but you definately want something better than standard. maybe some good road pads like ferodo ds performance! they give you really good feel and bite like a performance pad but are cheaper and better to run than a performance pad as they are kinder on the rotors and things like that. let me know how you go. if you brake alot and hard maybe you should get a performance set as the car is pretty heavy isnt it. anywho bendix pads will be fine as you get less noise with them.

bendix gct's would be fine, i run them all round in the xr with no problems and i get into it a bit too. if you cnstantly have a heavy load in the back then it would be worthworthile stepping up to either bendix heavy duty pads.

Bendix Ultimate's the cops use them, and so do i, they are great, but dusty if you dont mind cleaning the wheels a little more often. Great on the rotors too..
and Smooth... but not bighty.....

Another vote for Bendix Ultimates.
Very good pad but yeah you'll be cleaning your wheels more often. |

Ultimates, gotta admit they're the best pads I've had on so far.

no offence people using Bendix Ultimates but the six workshops in my area wont use Bendix Ultimates because they cause shudder noise on brake applacation and there not the quaitly bendix use to be and abs that my company use do not sell them because of the problems they have had with them we only use lucas or trw one off the best pads on the market more moeny for the [pads but worth it if you want beter brakes

I've got Bendix Ultimates and I won't be getting them again. They're great on the track but on the road the dust, squeal and shudder border on unacceptable for a daily driver. Guess which I do 95% of my driving on.

i have bendix "ultra premiums" (not sure if that = ultimates?) the ones with the crap about ceramic titanium stripe or something on the box. seem to be going pretty well, no noise, minimal fade (compared to the prev pads, nfi what they were) and even less dust (again, not sure what prev pads were!)
