Hi Guys i have a ef i6 sedan with xr6 spings and pedders shocks.

What wheel alignment setting do u guys recommend to give better handling in the ef with out using a camber kit?

The specs should be in your car user manual. The wheel alignment people will know anyways. You should fit a camber kit and they only cost around $120 for the shim type.

Try setting it to the XR6 specs if possible.

with out a camber caster kit you are pretty much stuck with only being able to set the toe.

which with the EF xr6 is 0

There's really no need to get a camber kit if only lowered to XR6 spec ... have lowered my non-XR ute to XR height ... and have driven nearly 70,000km on my tyres (235/45R17 Sava Intensa's) and perfectly even wear all-round.

I have a little bit of toe-out from memory (I think it's neg 1) on the front ... as I carry load in the back ... it can make it a tad twitchy on rougher roads when unladen ... but I am used to it ... gives a little bit more positive feel for turn-in as well.

I'd need to check the settings though ... Joe/Reynold at Crescent did my last alignment around 20,000km ago when i rotated my tyres.

So with approx 70,000km of driving ... I still have about 1-2mm left till i get to the wear indicator levels on all tyres.
