does anyone know where to get new accelerator cables from? i know ford do them still but i was hoping there was a few online places that i can compare prices ect.

its a 3.9 MPI EA. i have been told im looking about 60 bucks for one. im just not making any power as mine is stretched to buggery...

I got mine from Repco, coz Ford don't do them anymore for EA MPFI.

a wrecker might have one. i got mine new from a wrecker for 55. i called ford and they were selling them for $7x i cant remember exsactly. so ford do still have them.

I tried to get one from Ford about 4mths ago, and they said they were ONR......Obsolete, Not Replaced. That is for an 88EA MPFI.

did you try the ED MPFI? they are the same cables... sometimes the delete them from older models but dont actually delete the line... it saves computer space. they guy should have checked it for you.

altho its the same as ED XR headlamps... can only buy them from ford in a set for 750 a side

No, he didn't tell me that, but I ordered some AUII conrods today, they are cheaper than AUI conrods,.....figure that one????
Aren't the brackets for the accel cable different???? EA to ED???
