Hi I am about to replace all of the suspension in my EL2 XR8. I will be getting King Springs Low or Superlows, Whiteline swaybars front and rear and Koni adjustable or Bilstein shocks. I also want to replace every bush with new Nolathane ones. The EL2 XR had Nolothane standard but the standard bushes are still on the car and I want to just replace everything all at once. I have looked on the Nolathane website but I am unsure of exactly which ones to get. Can someone please have a look at the site for me and let me know what I have to order to replace every bush in the suspension. Just keeping in mind that it is the Tickford suspension.

You just have to select Ford and then Falcon EF/EL.

Also can anyone tell me if these part numbers for the Koni and the Bilstein shocks would be "shortened" shocks and be suitable for Superlow or Low King Springs?

Bilstein Front = B46-1053
Bilstein Rear = B46-1262

Koni Front = KO8241-1153SPORT
Koni Rear = KO8041-1067SPORT

Cheers.

I haven't looked at the site, but if you want to replace every bush with urethane then you will need to get

Front
Upper bushes (4)
lower inner (2)
front and rear radius bush (4)

Rear
Upper bushes(4)
Lower bushes(4)
watts link bushes (5)

THe numbers in brackets is the total number of bushes needed - not kits

But - in my opinion you are better of leaving the rear bushes in rubber, as urethane has no give(as you probably know) and can wear mounts and arms and all sorts of things. This is due to the flex the diff has in acceleration...

The front is different though because you have no real torque or anything going through the front wheels to make everything flex as much.

Hope this kind of makes sense to you...

Thanks dude that is pretty self explanatory really. But I was wondering if I could get someone to check out that site and actually list off the part numbers and how many so that I can just ring them up and say this is what I want send it to me now!

Thanks

45908 - these are replacement arms and will make it heaps easier rather than pressing bushes out

45326 - upper inner

48151 - radius to chassis

46903 - rear lower trailing arm (replacement arm - again easy because you don't have to press bushes out)

46900a - rear upper arm (replacement arm)

48093 - watts link pivot
48092 - watts link rods
