I recently bought a ba mkII and the rear shocks are pretty much spent (clunking noises over bumps etc) so im looking to upgrade to performance shock absorbers and also replace the springs with a lowered set. dont want it lowered too much though as i regularly have a full car and ive read it will scrape

What lowered springs and performance shocks should i look to get and where to get them fitted? i hear pedders are highly recommended. how much will it all cost?

King springs are pretty good ones and you can buy so many different kind of shocks, depends really on how much money you have? Monroe are good, SO are Koni but, like I said, big $$ differences.

Might be an Idea to check out Ebay first, there is always deals on there.
