Hey All!!
Just wondering if any one has used Whiteline Flatout Springs before? How far do they drop your car and what is a good set of shocks to pair them with? Thanks all! Wade |

i have the control springs (see my user gallery) and they are plenty low enough i would have thought.
As for which shocks to use, just email them, they will be more than happy to help you. I know that i have BOGE shocks i nthe front and KYBs in the back of mine which are nicely matched... |

Whiteline make shocks as well. I would say these would be the best suited to the springs.

Correct, Whiteline Use KYB Shocks that have been revalved and whatnot.
Id rec. KYB as a starting point, otherwise Bilstein or Koni. And yes the flatouts are LOW, The control springs are usually enough unless you want a show car.

So tell me do you guys recomend whitline over other brands such as king and Lovells...?
I plan to get some 18 inch rims and lower my EFXR6 as soon as I get back from Jakarta in April..! so i am doing some research first. |

Search Whiteline on this forums and you will find any positive threads of feedback on their products.
Ive used kings/whiteline and the difference is "night and day" honestly, wouldnt touch kings again unless they were given to me and in that case id sell em off n buy some whitelines lol! Lovells are inbetween from what ive felt/heard, however i havnt used them in one of my cars so i wont hold anything against them as of yet, still doubt they are upto whitelines in general comfort tho.

Sorry to hijack the thread.. but i'm also considering these whitelines for my EF but can't get a proper indication as to how low it'll be. I'm sick an tired of looking at the rear guards, too much air under there... stupid pedders sportsryder.
Anyone got pics of EFs on whiteline springs and bilstein struts?

In that case don't worry about bushes or swaybars. Your car isn't going to handle well (or at all!) with the suspension on the ground. Unless you want them for some showcar purpose. If you do want it to handle then listen to whiteline reccomendations and get the 'works' package. Whiteline stuff was the best money I spent on the car, makes me want to drive it every day.

However if you goto the correct place, shop around you will find they arent that much cheaper at all nowdays.

I dont want handling. I want belly to the ground action. I want all show and no go! You know how it is!! Im not a big racer any more. I would rather have a head turner with ppl going "Sweet" Rather than going "What a knob" if you know what I mean
