Hey guys, I know there's already a few posts on these so sorry if this one's a repeat. Just got a quote for 30mm front and 24mm non-adjustable, $185 a peice, with labour about $500 all up. Worth it? Also, have decided i want to change out the whiteline lows i got installed about 4 weeks ago for whiteline superlows. Wheels World told me to wait about another 4 weeks before i made up my mind, because they will take a while to settle. Either way if i do decide to get them done another $185 for the springs and he said he wouldn't charge any labour.

Just got a quote from fraud, the guy sounded like he knew f**k all. He reckons the el gt front bar is the same as an xh 1 tonne one, he couldn't even give me a diameter. And as for the rear he said there were no specific gt listings, just tickford s1 and s2 listings, once again no diameter. Front one = $70, rear = $350. Think i'll just stick with the whiteline 30/24. Tempting to do it myself, looks so easy from the manual! :D

$500 to do swaybars!!!
f**k that!
DIY it, it's a piece of piss.
I've put up instructions heaps of times, it really is a cinch.
185 a piece is about right.
It makes a huuuuge difference, you'll love it.

The guy reckons it will take around 2 hours to do both of them, which does seem pretty dodgy for something that looks so easy. And i'm pretty sure there labour rate is about $77/hour.

If they're the same as the EL GT then i know the front one is 27mm. Not to sure about the rear one however.
