Who can tell me what needs to be done to gain an engineers certificate to run 10" rims on the back of my XC Coupe.

Should need much.

Guy over the road from me has 15's on the rear, but Im not sure if its all above board

I mean 15 inches wide on the rear ... 345's look sweet on the XC's
