hi i have a eb2 with 3.27 single spinner and want to put a xr6 diff in. i have found a whiten off el xr6 with i am able to get parts from.
what will be best for me to do change disk to disk or will it be ok to just change centers? |

Disc to disc works on mine, previous owner of the diff had the handbrake cables modified to fit his EB, so I get to keep the EL h/brake system as well.
BenJ has a thread going with pix, search for it, about fitting an EF/EL LSD into his EB by using the housing and swapping all his EB gear to it. No offence to Frank,I think it's always best to avoid cracking open a diff if you don't have to and with the above two ways you have a complete spare as back-up. Read Ben's thread for more.
