if i understand correctly you will need to use spacers to fit thease to your ed as they are au/ba/bf offset and ea/ el have a different offset
hope this helps

You'll need 30mm spacers/hub adaptors.
E series is +6mm AU on is +36mm |

ok dose anyone know if there are safe and legal ways to use spacers? i know alot of people ask but im thinking the ones that work like a washer with the right size flange where the hub should be on the wheel should be ok.
http://www.performancealloys.com/alloy_wheel_spacers.asp like these. i know there are a ton on arguments against them but is there another option?

Nope, no other option really, unless you buy a UPC upgraded brake kit and s**t, which still isnt the right offset, and then swap your diff to an AU one..
Spacers are generally illegal though you can get them engineered. That said, theyre also generally very safe, providing you do them up correctly and use the correct nuts. Of course, there is the option of getting the correct offset wheels. |

Add about $250 to the cost of the territory rims, and then see what else in the right offset is around this money.
Alloy rims are lighter which improves acceleration, handling and braking, and dissipate heat better which also betters braking (marginally).
