gday
i brought a ea sedan today, to use the diff as the ef is clunky. i was thinking of swapping my ef auto to the ea manual box. my ef is a ex taxi, with factory tikford gas. will i require a new ecu? im assuming the actual swap will be a bolt in fit? my dash has to come apart to fix the heater vents soon, so i was thinking of fitting the pedal box then, and just removing the clutch leg untill i get round to fitting the box cheers stepto |

Easier to use the Mal wood clutch pin as the EA pedal box is different, or buying a clutch pin from ford and modifing yours whist the dash is out. You will have to move the gas AMS (ECU) to another location, I have mine mounted under the seat. You are stuck with doing the resistor mod as there is no manual dual fuel ECU for the EF.
