Will "semi ellipical springs" from a 90's Falcon fit the XT sedan from 1969?

pulled spring's out of xw ute the other day and springs from ea wagon (same as 90's ute) and the xw ones are shorter also xm a shorter as well so i'd say they would be too long for xt
