hi wanting to know if these gears will fit an au ute they are borg warner 3:45 any help would be great

they are out of a commodore if that helps

That depends on whether the bolts are Lefthand thread or Righthand thread. They would go close. I have fitted the 3.45 VL Commo diff gears into a VF Valiant housing before.
