Just picked up some new front disc rotors for my 12/73 XB. The ones on the car are solid, I ordered solid as per catalogue, but when I opened the new ones I found that they are vented (on the edge). I assume that they will be ok to use or are there some differences that may pose a problem?

Vented will be better, as the disc will run cooler.
