XG Question

Gooday all.. im about to fit t5 to xg. I;M going with the clutch pin mod but where it fits on the pedal box, there;s a plate with a computer type box fitted to it and half a dozen wires plugged in. Whats the box and do i simply shift it or can it be removed as part of the old auto setup?

thanks

No worries, feel free to post any questions. I put in a manual xf pedal box which i reinforced a fair bit, and also put a plate in on firewall for the clutch cable.
Best mod you'll ever do
