yes i believe you can put in restrictors for the oiling of the cam but i dont no how it is done it is something i will be looking into...

Dont go high volume . volume is NOT pressure
High volume usually ends in the drive shaft twisting simply because your trying to move MORE oil not pump at a higher pressure.
standard pump will do just fine

as for engine builders in Newcastle I use Mc Naughtons at Council street Wallsend
talk to Darren or Frank ,good prices and advice.

Ok with large capacity sump..
Higher volume hardly puts any more stress on oil drive if bypass is working correctly..
Depends on assembled clearances also..
