Dont forget when gapping plugs that a lot of feeler guages are actually in the old Imperial measurement.
0.040 is what you will hear people call 40 thou , thats is 40 thousandths of an inch. 40 thou is very very close to 1mm. 1.1mm is approx 0.042 0.8mm would be approx 0,036 Im pretty sure my calculations are corect. Feel free to correct me if Im wrong.
