i was wondering if you know any other diff is replaceable with the xf one i was wondering if there is an e series etc that will fit with a ratio of about between 3.08 and 3.45 and how hard is it to convert to discs as in putting the calipers on etc. yes thanks any help would be good

if ya want discs and a different ratio diff, swap the whole assembly

E series diffs will fit, but IIRC the rear brake lines have to be modded, as well as the rear tailshaft yoke, and you have to use E-series rear control arms

one member on here did this with his XF, cant remember who though

when you go to discs, you're gonna need a new master cylinder (disc and drum master cylinder proportioning valves are different), and new rear handbrake cables
