Gday i'm having problems with my fuel gauge it continualy reads full i'v narrowed it down to the sender unit and im trying to trace one down iv been told that you can't buy them anymore? does anyone know where i can find one in a reasonable condition? it's out of an xf ute! Cheers

Do you have an instrument repairer near you?The local repairer sometimes can rewind or put in a different set up from something else to make it work.Good luck Kevman.

G,day guys, havent seen a place here to introduce myself so if there is 1 please let me know, i just wanted to know if there is actually another type of fuel pump that can be used on the xf models useng the EFI system?

yep x series senders are the pits, good luck finding a working unit, i tried 7 before i got *hold for gasps* a working one for my xe ute

Whats the big deal just reset the trip meter when you fill and dont do more than 500 to the tank and you should be right, Mine works fine but I go by the K's anyway I do 1000 then fill it (twin tanks) and there is always a reasonable amount still there.
