I have just done a bbm conversion on my NC fairlane and just wondering if i have the timing right. After looking the gregory's book it looks like it's out just a bit.

That's pretty much the position of the TFI module. When the BBM struts are put on, then you'll see how much room you have to advance/retard the distributor. Firing order looks correct as well.

Sorry mate i got this picture of the internet. It's already in my car it just looks like it's out according to that stoopid gregory's book. So am i right saying that the timing on a EL is the same as a EA CPI ?

If you're referring to the firing order for the cylinders, yes.
