Is it fine to use an AU power steering pump in my EF? They look almost identical (a few minor differences)?

AU steering pump interchanges with EF and EL.

Settle down princess, "It loves it" aka it'll be right.

There's no need for slander and downright insults.

Yes, I could have written ' Yes Sir, It'll fit just fine, the pressures are the same, In fact, the piping also is far superior over the EF/EL type.

IIRC the recommended oil changed after the EF's from Dexron III to Mobilfluid 424, or ATF type F.

So are the internals of the pumps different or anything?

Internals are the same.

gearbox-suspension-brake-driveline-f4/power-steering-fluids-t44310.html?hilit=Mobilfluid
Search 'Mobilfluid'.
