Howdy guys, just a couple of quick questions..
1) Will a EL XR front fit on a EF?
2) Will a EF/EL front lip (with the foggies) fit on a std EF Falcon?
Cheers :)

1. yes. but you will need replacement lights. if your ef is a gli/futura then the bonnet will be fine, upper models will need replacements...

2. no idea.

nup it won't - you'd need to do a full conversion - bonnet/lights/bumper etc

plus they're not really drive lights - best off to fit some aftermarket drive lights into the brake duct vents - i've got hella FF-50 comets - very good ones, and fit in well

they aren't foggies, they're cornering lamps. Yes it'll fit but afaik you have to change the bonnet and lights.

you can git a Fiarmont front bar on a GLi and keep the standard lights and bonnet.
but there will be a gap between the headlights.

I'm surprised no one has thought of spliting the front bar the same way Amber did the XR6 headlight conversion on her EF GLI.

EF/EL front bumpers have a seam above the plastic mouldings / inserts in the front bumper.

Ref: http://www.fordmods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5220

That way you could have XR6 head lights and retain the lower half of the Fairmont bumper with the cornering lights. I think it would look quite mean
