Heeey.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows of where i can purchase this style of intake (shown in the attachment) whether for mushroom filters or pod, in australia, as i can only kind them in the uk. Or if anyone knows of anywhere that does custom work like this, to let me know. Kind Regards, Damian Attachment: c9b3_35.jpg [ 17.43 KiB | Viewed 1035 times ] |

possible to mod one yourself? Im thinking it'll be illegal as it wont be boxed and wont provide a heap more flow over a single. plus the fact the less filtration you use, the easier it is to suck in s**t.
but to answer your question, No, no i dont. good luck on the hunt (btw welcome to FM)

I am sure that some metal manufacting place would be able to do some thing for you.
I only know of one place in Townsville, North Queensland that do that sort of thing. |

AAA exhaust in Mackay would probably have a go, that doesn't really help you in wollongong (spelling?)

i'm a bit furthur south of the gong and know of someone who could make something like that with ease.. with a proper bend to not a drainpipe looking monstrosity. what you would need to have is perhaps throttle body/filter dimensions and a rough finished length.

Alright awesome.
Well I'll grab the dimensions of the throttle body and take a photo of the engine bay and show kind of where it has to go and I'll take measurements of the finish length and measurements of the air filters when I get the chance. Where abouts are you located because I pretty much live in kiama. And how much are we talking here roughly? Regards, Damian |

I have seen a two pod set-up similair to the picture on ebay awhile back. It used a proper bend and was actually made by DiFillipo exhaust. Might be worth an email.
