hi i am currently in the middle of converting my column shift auto to a manual but i have found a snag, where the manual shifter is on the other car theres a bulge that comes up out of the floor where all the manual stuff bolts to, in my car i have none of that its jus straight thru do you rekon i could unpick the bulge and put it in my car??

you have not said what your car is, but yes.. I put the hump into my XC when I installed the top loader..

Basically, you're saying there's no hole in the floor for the manual shifter to go through?

If that's the case, you'll need to find an E-Series body (even one with an auto will do) at the wreckers to get the measurements for it. Unless, someone on here has them already. You'll need to drill a series of small holes to remove that part of the tunnel.

im saying that there is no hump in the middle like an eb auto or manual cos iv got colmn shift auto its jus a hump that is straight
