just looking for some advice on how to remove the ef xr8 front bar and rear bar. i had a quick look today and it doesnt seem that complex.. but would be easier if someone explained the process to me for when i do go to take them off.

Rear bumper
under the carpet you see black rubber plugs remove them from eash side then there are 4 10mm bolts that require undoing under the wheel arch there is 2 10mm bolts on on each side undo them undo the clips holding you mud gards on if you have them on your car under the vechile there is a little plate holding attached to the bar and to where spare wheel well drill out the two rivets on the wheel weel.

if your going to drill out the rivets on the spare wheel well side - take the spare out , the 4 bolts behind the rubber gromets are 14mm - 9/16af
