im thinking about ditching the dizzy set up as i now have fitted an ems stinger ecu.
do i need to run the ems coil igniter to run coil pack or can i just use ef/au coil pack??
its on an au engine thats in my ed running a dizzy. so at the moment the crank sensor is already there..
what needs to be added or changed to go to coil pack???

you will need 3 channel igniter, either the EMS one, or bosch modules, ems connects to ignitor, ignitor to coil pack.
Not too much involved, but with boost, stick with the dizzy, you will get a stronger spark, because coilpacks run wasted spark, its trying to fire 2x the spark gap, and with boost its more prone to blowing out.
