Howdy all... It's been a while since I've posted in here.
Just wondering if anyone knows how difficult it would be to hook an aftermarket amplifier up to a EL head deck... is it as simple a joining in RCA cables to the speaker outputs? Also... How would I go about hooking an aftermarket CD player up to a EL Premium sound sub amplifier?

The premo head unit already has rear and sub RCA's - that connect to the factory amp. these will be located at the factory amp (to the right of the boot panel, run under the carpet). There will even be the remote wire to jump the amp. These came off the round plug on the back of the DSP unit IIRC.
If you are looking for fronts, you will need to run a line converter, or get an amp that has high level (speaker) inputs. Answering the second question (aftermarket HU to factory amp) The factory amp had the standard connections - just like any aftermarket amp. you will need to run totally new RCA's and remote (assuming that you have had the amp already running off the factory HU). The power/earth can remain as it.
