My drivers door indicator on the dash shows its open but door is closed. Whant o know how to fix it

Would be the sensors in the door mechanisms mate, pretty hard to get to, you'll need to take out the door lock or try reach behind it. Have a look in the tech doco section under EF/EL and look at the high series cluster conversion and look at the pics. Youll see what I mean.

Ok great, now I know what I'm looking at. Will do that hopefully tomorrow will let you know how i go thanks mate

Another possible issue is that you could have a broken wire in the area between the door and the car.
