how much lower will an au sit with these? i'm kinda inclined to just go for lows.

I cant find any pictures of our ford when the springs were on it but it wont be too low...we have 19's with low pros and they never rubbed against the guards...but the body kit would scrape on driveways but we have the T50 kit (i think thats what it is) but nevertheless they are super lows not just low springs...decision is up to you mate.
