Pulled the head of my xr6 today to find severe corrosion and a couple of cracks. So I'm after an EF/EL (non-hybrid) head in decent condition i.e. no cracks and not too much corrosion around the water galleries. I'd rather not fit a new Chinese made head, so if you have one sitting around in Canberra or nearby let me know.

whole engine 300 in local area on alclass

hi,got one here,was machined and fitted by a mechanic and then he found out the engine had low oil pressure.i started to strip the engine but didn`t use it.the head has some corrosion but stops near the headgasket steel ring.also i`m located in bega.let me know

Bega is a bit far for me to go but thanks anyway. Ply-boi, I'll be in contact about the engine. Also considering saving for a CMS head/cam package
