air bag light flashing ,couldnt get safety cert,
spent three hours changing clockspring ,did it twice because we all know thats the cause ,
dont we.finally pulled the passengers side air bag ,which doesnt exist,so it cant be the problem,
can it..guess what air bag jumper resister tested at 14.7ohms, was marked at 3 ohms.
Substituted a 3 .2ohm resistor ,problem solved .
Wish i had time to check out fordmods updated,beforelast weekend.
WARNING check RESISTACE of wiring loom resistors
they can go HIGH with age.
Now only have to turn off ABS Light
