I had a wee crash a while ago in my EBII. The crash broke an engine mount causing the motor to move and the extractors hit the steering rod thing and bend it a wee bit. Since then i'v replaced the steering Rod thing with a good one but the steering wheel still is tillted slightly to the left i tiny bit while driving striaght........
The crash was not a bad one but it did manage to destroy my frond bumper when hitting the bank.....I dont think the car is bent...... Well I hope its not because i'v just put an AU VCT motor in it. Has anyone got any ideas on what i should replace? I wasnt to sure witch forum to post this in. Regards Caleb |

As long as the wheel alignment is ok, then nothing is actually out of whack.
In an EB, the steering wheel is mounted on a spline, and can be pulled off and put back on one spline around to straighten the wheel. But make sure you have had a wheel alignment done first. BenJ
