hi all am new to this site and was just wondering if any one out there had fitted a efi windsor into a xf fairmont ghia i have just bought a xf fairmont in mint condition and also a (going to take a guess as i have not even botherd to look) nc ltd that is pretty good condition only bout that for the conversion got it for $1000 so can not go wrong with that , but after reading bout the one fitted to the xw it got me thinkin do i put it into my xy , i am a mechanic and have my own workshop i wa but always good to read the problems others have had doin the conversion so then i can flip the coin and see where the windsor will end up (i do have the complete bottom end and box for the clevo all still need rebuilding as the windsor i can just put in and drive ) what ever happens i will also be fitting lpg seq inj system to it as well as i also fit these and have it fitted to my everyday vehicle which is a 2004 ford explorer v8 so cheap to run

don't know about wa but in nsw because the xf's never had a v8 of any sort you need an engineers certificate to make sure its legal.
