i don't know if this applies to nsw but my mate in his eb has a hi flow cat and 2 1/2 inch cat back extractors and intake done and has been pulled over a fair few times and they haven't done s**t.....

Hey i have a question regarding mods here.. i live in NSW and i got my p plates around November 07, does this mean i'm still allowed to mod my car all i like as long as the power to weight comes under the legal limit? Or would the no mod law apply to me as well?

Im guessing your from Victoria, because here in NSW those laws have been around since 2005. Mod your engine all you like. AS long as it isnt Turbo'd the cops arnt going to know. How will they know if you have head work or an aftermarket cam? Only thing i wouldnt do is have a Open pod filter, in NSW at least they are illegal anyway.

You cant drive any v8/turbo/supercharged vehicles (diesel exempt), OR do any engine performance modifications to ANY car while on your P's. |
