I'm installing in my ford GLI 96 power antenna. Two antenna cables has a different color as the radio.Radio has blue & blue-white cables.Which one is ( + ) whIch ( - ) ?

Lets start from the beginning. What sort of aerial? An aftermarket (Aerpro ETC) or a genuine Ford unit?

An aftermarket item will have all the electronics built in, and will just require +12V, a ground and a signal from the radio. The signal wire from the radio (aftermarket radio) will be a blue or blue and white wire. If you have both a blue, and a blue and white, one will trigger an electric aerial and one will trigger an amplifier. The amplifier trigger will have a constant 12V whenever the radio is on, the aerial trigger will have this only when the radio is in the tuner (AM/FM) mode. Some (Pioneers, for example) have only the one wire, so have no aerial trigger.

A Genuine Ford aerial will need the appropriate BEM (a big plastic box in the dash with lots of wires) to control it. Look in the tech documents section for info.

Try googling for multimeter usage. You will want a basic understanding of electrics before you proceed in any case.

iirc solid is + and strip is -.

Yeah slo247 is spot on dont put both the aerial and amp remote wires on, its either one or the other check your head unit instructions and a car manual for wiring diagram.
